How to Blur an image with Smart Filters in Adobe Photoshop?

With Adobe Photoshop you can blur your image using a Smart Filter.

• First select the layer you want of the image yo want to blur, for instance a background.
• From the Menu Bar select Filter ? Convert for Smart Filters.
• Now click OK to convert the layer supporting different filters.
• Keep the same layer selected and select Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
• Within the dialog box you can change the settings of the Gaussian Blur to your liking.
• Click OK to apply the Blur Filter.
